As a service-based technology company, our work involves customized development and creative services that begin immediately upon agreement. Therefore, we have a strict no refund and no return policy in place for all our services.

Scope of Services Covered

This Refund & Return Policy applies to all services provided by Finch Technologies, including but not limited to:

  • Website Design & Development
  • Software & Web Application Development
  • Mobile App Development
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • UI/UX and Graphic Design
  • Consulting and Technical Support

Each service we provide is tailored and personalized to meet the unique requirements of our clients. Because of the custom nature of our work, once a project is initiated, significant resources including time, labor, and tools are allocated, making refunds and returns unfeasible.

No Refunds – Service Engagements

All payments made to Finch Technologies for services are non-refundable. Once the scope of work has been agreed upon and the project has commenced, we do not offer partial or full refunds under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Change of mind after placing the order
  • Delays caused due to unavailability of required content or input from the client’s side
  • Project cancellation after initiation
  • Client dissatisfaction when all agreed deliverables have been fulfilled
  • Hosting, third-party plugin/tool, or domain-related payments

Client Responsibility

We strongly encourage clients to:

  • Clearly understand the scope and terms of services before committing
  • Communicate openly and provide complete requirements and assets at the beginning of the project
  • Review progress and offer timely feedback for smooth delivery
  • Read all documentation and agreements carefully before making payments

We are happy to clarify any doubts prior to starting the work and are open to consultation calls or emails to ensure mutual clarity.

Revisions and Support

While refunds are not offered, we remain fully committed to client satisfaction. Within the scope of the agreement, we provide:

  • Reasonable revisions as discussed during onboarding
  • Technical support for deployed systems (within agreed duration)
  • Ongoing consultation to address minor adjustments, if applicable

Any additional changes or new requirements outside of the original scope may be billed separately.

Third-Party Payments

Please note that any payments made towards third-party tools, themes, hosting, APIs, domains, or plugins are also non-refundable, whether purchased by you or through us on your behalf.

Finch Technologies reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Return Policy at any time, without prior notice. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
